How we work

Where off-the-shelf solutions fall short, we build AI-powered software — our own algorithms and complex integrations, backed by our own research. We match the way we work to you.

What we do

We turn artificial intelligence research into software that companies rely on every day.

  1. ResearchR&D, AGH spin-off
  2. Algorithmsour own ML models
  3. Softwareapps, systems, integrations
  4. Your business, every dayruns in your process
Where we are heading

We want to build agentic AI systems that take repetitive work on data, documents and between systems off people's hands.

Built on our own algorithms and integrations no off-the-shelf product can deliver. People approve — the agent executes.

Five reasons you can trust us

01

You stay in control

You decide whether each stage of the project goes ahead, and the code and rights pass to you as we go.

02

Evidence, not claims

We only present skills and case studies backed by facts.

03

Research every day

We are a technical university spin-off. We work closely with AGH. 2 R&D projects worth PLN 6.34 million.

04

Discretion

We don't publish client names. Your project stays yours.

05

Transparent process

Estimate → your approval → an iteration that ends with a system demo. Always in that order.

Ways to work together

What you bring shapes how we work

Five models, one rule: you stay in control. We combine models and switch between them as the project changes.

“I have a process or an idea no off-the-shelf tool can handle”

Custom development

We build software for you — stage by stage, with your decision after every iteration.

When: off-the-shelf tools aren't enough
You pay: ~5% advance at the start, then completed stages

“I'm short of people or skills”

Team extension

Our specialists join your team and work within your process.

When: we join your team and process
You pay: for our specialists' time

“I want to pay for results”

Pay per use

Our fee depends on the measured result, not on the hours worked.

When: the result can be measured
You pay: from a share of the savings

“I need a solution fast”

Licence or subscription

You use a proven solution, or part of one — no building from scratch.

When: there's no need to build from scratch
You pay: subscription, licence, SDK or usage-based fee

“No ready-made solution exists”

Joint R&D

A joint research project when no ready-made solution exists yet.

When: the problem needs research
You pay: a joint project, often co-funded

How we bill

Fixed price

When the scope is clear. You know the cost of a stage before it starts.

Time-based

When you need flexibility. You pay for the work actually done.

Mixed

Most common: fixed price where possible, time-based where things change. We tell you the impact of every change before we make it.

Pay per use

When the result can be measured. Our fee comes from a share of what you save — see below.

How Pay per use works

  1. 1Baseline measurementTogether we agree what we measure and where things stand today.
  2. 2DeploymentYou pay for integration with your systems — not for building from scratch.
  3. 3Measuring the resultWe compare the same metric before and after.
  4. 4Sharing the savingsOur fee comes from a share of what you saved. The split is set in the contract.

Team extension

Team extension and subcontracting

For software houses and IT departments short of resources or skills. We join your process — on the same terms: iterations, demos, transfer of rights.

Your team

  • sets priorities and scope
  • owns the product and the client
  • decides after every iteration

→ tasks and priorities
← working code and demos
← code, rights, documentation
↔ NDA, one point of contact

Our specialists

  • mobile, web and backend developers
  • AI/ML specialists and testers
  • an analyst or architect when needed

Licence or subscription

Licence or subscription

When a proven solution, or part of one, already exists, we don't build from scratch. You choose how to use it — your data stays yours.

Subscription (SaaS)

Runs in the cloud; we handle deployment and integration; a fixed periodic fee.

Licence for your own installation

Runs on your infrastructure; a licence fee; deployment work agreed individually.

SDK / integration

You build the feature into your own product; usage-based fee.

Usage-based fee

You only pay for actual use — e.g. per transaction or per processed document.

Joint R&D

Joint research and development

When no ready-made product solves the problem, we run it as a research and development project — often with EU co-funding, in a consortium with a university or partners.

FAQ

Questions we hear most often

Can't find your question? Write to us — we'll reply within 1–2 working days.

Working together and contracts

You describe your project in the estimate form. Within 1–2 working days we send back an initial scope and cost range, then set up a short call to clarify your needs. Free and with no obligation.

Yes — after any completed stage, with no notice period and no contractual penalties. We bill for the work done, and the code, rights and documentation stay with you.

Yes. We sign contracts electronically, in the tool you use — no posting documents.

Yes, on request — before we discuss project details.

We put the team together for your project: a business analyst, an architect, mobile, web and backend developers, AI/ML specialists and testers. You have one project lead — from the first call to deployment.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in Poland and abroad, in Polish and English. Day to day we work on CET, and when a project needs it, we adjust meeting and contact hours.

Yes. We start by reviewing the code and documentation to assess the state of the project, the risks and the next steps. Then we carry on in the model of your choice.

Costs and payments

The initial estimate is free: an initial scope and cost range within 1–2 working days. We only take an advance payment — typically 5% of the project value — when the project starts.

The price depends on the scope, so we estimate after a short analysis. Describe your project — we'll send an initial scope and an estimated cost range within 1–2 working days.

No. When the project starts we take an advance payment, typically 5% of its value, and after that you pay for each completed stage.

Changes are normal. Fixed price where the scope is clear, time-based where flexibility is needed. We tell you how a change affects timing and cost before we make it.

It depends on complexity. We present an initial schedule together with the quote, after analysing your needs. We work in short iterations — you see working results from the first weeks.

We invoice in several currencies and adjust payment terms to how we work together.

Code, rights and data

You do. The source code, rights to the custom solution, documentation and access pass to you once each stage is settled — not only at the end of the project.

Your data stays yours — in every model of working together. How and where data is stored depends on the project's requirements.

Yes. We publish mobile apps from the client's publisher account — your name appears on the app, and the account is yours from the start.

The source code, rights, documentation and access to everything built up to the last settled stage. No notice period and no penalties.

Ways to work together

It depends on your situation: software built for you — custom development; short of people — team extension; a measurable result — Pay per use; need it fast — licence or subscription; no ready-made solution — joint R&D. Not sure? Describe your situation and we'll advise within 1–2 working days.

Yes. We combine models and switch between them as the project changes — e.g. we build the first version as custom development and run maintenance on subscription.

When the result can be measured: cost, handling time, number of returns, downtime. We agree a baseline, roll out, measure the result, and our fee comes from a share of the savings. The split is set in the contract.

Yes. We deliver projects directly for end clients and as a team supporting software houses or IT departments — on the same terms: iterations, demos, transfer of rights.

Yes, where a proven solution or part of one already exists: as a subscription (SaaS), a licence for your own installation, an SDK or a usage-based fee. Then we don't build from scratch.

Technology and AI

We choose the stack for the project — including Python, TypeScript/Angular, Ionic/Capacitor, Docker and ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras). We don't tie ourselves to a single technology.

No. We always check where AI will cut costs and where a conventional solution is enough — and advise on that basis.

AI agents draft code, tests and documentation. People own the architecture, review every change and take responsibility for the result.

After deployment

Yes. We deploy with a warranty on the delivered software; its terms are set in the contract.

Monitoring, updates, fixes and further development — after deployment, in any billing model.

R&D and co-funding

Yes — we have delivered EU co-funded projects and help shape the scope to fit co-funding.

Tell us what problem you're facing. We'll check whether it suits an R&D project, which funding source fits, and whether a consortium with a university or partners is needed.

Cooperation

Not sure which model to choose?

Describe your situation — within 1–2 working days we'll reply with how to approach it and which model fits. Free and with no obligation.
